The Serpent in The Garden of Eden

In the year 2000 I met a Mayan Anthropologist in the Yucatan Penisula that was when I found out about the calendar ending in 2012 and made the connection in mind with the solar cycle and based on my understanding of  earth systems I created the 2012 theme based on the calendar ending. At that time there was no Mayan prophecy, I created one, a new beginning and put it on the Internet a couple other guys I later found out had written books but they got the year based on some time wave zero calculation. I had based on science and observation and clues provided from the past. But anyway he had a sketch of something I said "Where did you get that?" He said it had been on one of the new artifacts they had found. I said that looks exactly like the Serpent Mound I grew up there. It looks like there may be a connection between the Mayans and the Builders of the Mound. He said "Yes maybe people traveled much more than we thought".  He said there was a metal, a pure form of copper that came from the far north the Great Lakes. Ten years later I would discover new information that would make this all the much more meaningful.
